Q: What is the registration cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations received up until 11:59 pm ET on February 1, 2026 will be fully refunded.
Cancellations received up until 11:59 pm ET on March 27, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations will not be issued after 11:59 pm ET on March 27, 2026.
Q: Is there a Companion Program?
A: Yes, please sign up for your companion during the registration process. Once you enter the companion information in our system, we will be sending them an email to register and sign up for the events they wish to attend.

Q: I can’t remember my registration password.
A: Click “Login” at the top right corner of your screen next to the Register button.
Click on “Recover Password” and enter the email used during the registration process. This will generate an email to reset your password.
Q: When can I begin scheduling Vendor One-on-One Appointments?
A: The appointment scheduler for the Vendor One-on-One meetings will be open on January 12, 2026.

Q: I have dietary restrictions and/or a food allergy. What are my options?
A: The complimentary breakfast and lunches offered will feature several options, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please ask the Convention Center staff about specific ingredients if they are not listed by the dish.
Q: Do you provide childcare services during the event?
A: We do not offer childcare services during the event. You can contact the Gaylord Texan for recommendations.
