If you are flying to Dallas for Annual Meetings and Vendor Showcase, the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW) is the closet airport to the hotel. Nestled conveniently in proximity to the event venue, DFW offers a seamless travel experience. Once in Dallas

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is approximately 6 miles or a 10 minute drive from DFW airport. The Gaylord does not offer an airport shuttle service, we recommend a taxi, Uber, or Lyft service to and from the airport. Each individual is responsible for their own ground transportation. 

Parking and Valet

Onsite Self-Parking is $17/hour or $29/day.

Valet Parking is $49/day.
